Oneness
The Oneness Blessing is usually transferred by the Blessing Giver placing his or her hands on the crown of the recipient's head. It can also be given by eye contact or by intention from a long distance away in meditation, or over the phone. Experiences vary and may be strong, subtle or even delayed until days later. One may experience a tingling sensation in the head, blissful feelings running through the whole body or perhaps nothing at all. Whatever the experience, it is certain that the process of Awakening has begun, a process custom designed for each person's nature which will lead gradually (or sometimes suddenly) to Full Awakening to Oneness.

 Sri Amma was born the 15th of August 1954 in the beautiful village Sangham in the state of Andhra Pradesh, South India. We could say that Bhagavan and Amma are one being in two bodies and both of them can transfer the state of Oneness to any amount of people.

The Oneness Blessing is a transfer of divine intelligent energy. The Oneness Blessing process works by creating a neurobiological shift in the brain and awakening the energy centers (Chakras) in the body. This shift in consciousness frees us from the suffering created by the mind, balances the body's natural healthy and healing energies and attunes the brain with the fields of unity, bringing an end to the illusion of "apparent separation". We begin with ourselves and through Oneness Blessings the ripple effect goes out to all of mankind.
